We are looking for a brilliant, experienced and well motivated Director of Business Development who want to be actively involved in business and corporate development initiatives for the company growth in USA.

Mission:
Implementing, developing and managing Nextasoft growth and opportunities throughout USA market and evaluating transactions such as merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate investments from a strategic and financial perspective.

• Visionary leadership
• Ambitious and target driven, able to motivate a workforce
• Proactively identify opportunities within the USA market for growth & recommend investments based on understanding of business’s strategic priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Complex accounting and business problem solving
• Develop and manage detailed financial analyses and deal approval presentations for new business launches, acquisitions or divestitures. Closely cooperate with the CEO and executives during negotiations
• Strong financial analysis skills; experience in valuation and/or investment analyses
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Proven ability to manage projects from beginning to completion, ‘can-do’ attitude and endurance limits and stress
• Requires experience in the ICT and marketing industry and a strong understanding of the products and services offered by Nextasoft
• Prepare business plans, presentations, and provide recommendations as to the financial opportunity and strategic fit with Nextasoft objectives

Network Operations Specialist - CISCO CCNA VoIP/CCNP - London
We are looking for a Network Operations Specialist in UK ONLY: London or nearby .

Mission:
We will run several TLC projects for institutions and the private sector and you must have the strength and enthusiasm to follow our fast growing.

This position exists to design and support the emerging and future direction of VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) infrastructure, integration of IP telephony with LAN, WAN, MAN and other network-based services.

Profile:
•Project management skills to lead VOIP projects from start to implementation/cutover and configuration
•Critical thinking and logical troubleshooting skills
•Ability to be a self starter and work independently
•CISCO Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)
•CISCO IP Tel Design Specialist preferred
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
•CISCO Networking experience and 1-2 years CISCO IP Tel experience such as hands on configuration; implementation; troubleshooting architecture and Engineering as well as VOIP and data networks staging; deployment; configuration; implementation; integration
•Requires ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications in order to with all groups
